We are so excited you are joining the Spotlight Family! Please take a moment to fill in the info below and we will get you set up on our billing system. If you ever need to take a break or stop please give us 2 weeks notice and we will cancel the auto bill. As always, there is never a start up or stopping fee.
*If you have not set up lessons or tutoring with us please do that first and then fill out this form!
Just a reminder that we bill the same amount every month including the months with 5 lesson days. We also charge the same amount when we have planned breaks (Spring, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) as well as a few holidays throughout the year. These generally even each other out throughout the year.
